The goods do not suit me. What should I do?

How to do it:

  • the goods can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery
  • please send it to us unused and uncontaminated
  • attach a copy of the invoice, which you will find in the e-mail with the subject " Dispatched + invoice "
    * Didn't find the invoice in the email? Just enter the order number.
  • write us the bank account number or exchange request (what goods / size)
  • for shoes, please - return them to us in an undamaged and non-glued original box
    * For clothing and accessories, tags are proof that the goods were not worn.

A more advantageous return is via the Mailroom:

  • pack the goods you want to return
  • choose the nearest branch of Zásilkovna at https://www.zasilkovna.cz/pobocky
  • say the code " 94846754 " at the counter
  • after delivery, you will receive an acknowledgment of receipt
  • you do not pay anything in the Mail Order, the price of the service (CZK 39) will be deducted from your refund
  • when exchanging goods, it is completely FREE via the Mail Order

After processing the returned shipment, expect a confirmation email.
