Goods doesn't fit me. What should I do?

You can return or exchange your goods within 14 days from delivery. Just send unused and undamaged goods back to our address, along with a copy of the invoice on which you can write, if you want to return or exchange goods. In the case of an exchange, indicate which item(s) / size you wish to change. In the case of returns, provide your bank account number, so we can return your money.

Please, pack the goods you are returning carefully to avoid damging it. In case you receive the goods in a box, send it back in the same safe way. When you exchange or return shoes, return them in the original and undamaged or unplastered box, please. In the case of clothing and accessories, the tags on the products are a proof that the goods is still unworn.

How does the loyalty program work?

In our loyalty program, you collect points for each purchase for your REGISTERED account . If you buy as "Unregistered", you will not be given points because our system won't know what account to send the points to. So if you want to collect points - register through the confirmation e-mail sent to you after an order or register directly on our website ;)

You can see how many points you have when you log in to our e-shop. Than you can use points to purchase gifts in the "Sales and Promo" section.

You can choose from many valuable and original gifts.

What can I match with a selected item?

Yes, our stylist is still trying to manually and with your stylist eye to recommend pieces that fit together . When you click on any product, you'll find the section BREAKING INSERTED underneath where you can immediately see what's right for you. This system can not handle this, so take a look at our stylist's eye and say good. It does it for you ;)

You do not have my size or but I need it. Can I order it?

If this is the current collection, we will definitely try! You can complete the Watch / Price feature on each product card . You can find this feature above the label of each product;) Click, enter your email and the desired size (if the product has size) and our system will automatically notify you as soon as the piece / size is loaded.

On these completed "Watch Dogs" , we look at the central warehouse and we try to order the goods as soon as possible for you to order.
