May I pay by card on delivery service?

Each delivery service offers various payment methods, that´s why it´s good to inform youself directly at the concrete provider.

How do you pack goods?

  • We carefully control each product before shipping. We use package filling to prevent damaging the product in case the box would fall on the ground.
  • We try to recycle packaging materials to protect the nature. You will recognize the recycled box by the sticker "Traveler´s box".
Despite that, in case you would find a problem, let us know immediately. We promise that we will solve the problem as soon as possible and you will be satisfied again.

We have been here for you since 2008. In the beginning, we were disappointed about the level of Czech fashion scene. So we decided to change it. We put our heart in it. You know we have changed it and thanks to this fact, you are happy about us. We love you and that is why, our main goal is always your complete satisfactory experience.

What is beautiful?

The first was we sell the Spanish label Desigual , which is now very popular. Then we started carring Melissa shoes, which are a fragrant from of plastic that we import from Brazil.  Converse's sneakers , which are on the cutting edge of fashion. Any fashionable person would love to have. In the Netherlands, we have found a new style.  the Scotch & Soda brand. We have two brands of fashion accessories from England. Disaster Designs and Santoro London .Then we noticed that Crocs shoes are perceived here as ugly "clogs", so we wanted to show you that they have beautiful and comfortable flats. Happy Socks are color socks. Spanish brand Culito from Spain and Italian style bangles Ops! Objects are just the cherry on top. But this is not the end ... you’ll see for yourself ;). We are continueing to add brands all the time.

How to exchange / return goods

You can return or exchange your merchandise within 14 days of delivery. Just send unused and undamaged goods back to our address, along with a copy of the invoice on which you can write if you want to return or exchange the goods. In the case of an exchange, indicate which item(s) / size you wish to change. In the case of returns, provide your bank account number, so we can return your money.

When you exchange or return shoes, please do not damage the box. For clothing and accessories, please insure the tags are on the products as proof that the goods are new.

I want to complain about goods with a quality issue. How should I do that?

In the case of a quality assue, return the goods together with the copy of the invoice and describe the quality issue.

We will try to resolve your request as quickly as possible. Please note, however, that we are not a manufacturer but a vendor. We must deal with each request directly with the manufacturer, which can prolong the request. Nevertheless, it will never exceed 30 days from the date we receive the goods.
